Great Podcast
I did fieldwork with Ed in Belize in 1995 as an archaeology undergrad at UT-Austin on a survey team he led when we discovered Ma’ax Na, which I hope Ed covers on a future episode. These podcasts remind me of late nights sitting around a citronella candle where Ed would captivate and engage our young minds with discussions of the Maya, Moche, and others. In this podcast, Ed is as knowledgeable, relateable, and entertaining as ever, making large amounts of historical and technical information easily digestable and fascinating. A great podcast for everyone.

I just visited Poverty Point in Louisiana and feel more enchanted by the history of the Americas than ever. Thank you for your...Read full review »
