“I stumbled upon this show as I was searching for something to listen to that would remind me of the best parts of being a kid. I grew up watching AYAOD mostly in secret with my sister (our parents didn’t want us to watch it because it was “too scary and not appropriate” HA!). There are many episodes that I remember watching that bring me right back to the days when I first saw them. One of the most memorable is “The Tale of the Midnight Madness”, young me had a nightmare that I never forgot. Dr. Vink was great and I loved his episodes, I was sad to see he passed away recently. He’ll live on as one of the creepiest guys on tv that always gave me a good scare. If you are looking for a stroll down nostalgia lane this podcast is the one. It is hilarious and brings me so much joy. Knowing that there are other people out there that care about a show which meant so much to me growing up is great. I look forward to each episode and will be super bummed when they run out. Sara and Jeremy are the perfect hosts! They make each episode entertaining and fun to listen to. Keep up the good work! Hopefully you’ll have more guests from the show in the future! DJ McHale was AWESOME! ❤️”
