I don’t know about you but I have a calendar that I just about live my life by. It tells me what’s going on, it tells me what’s coming up, tells me what to prepare for. God’s calendar is made up of times and seasons, it tells us what to get ready for in order to release our faith on what is in that time frame.  If we track with Him in this we will learn how to move in wholeness in our body, soul and spirit because He is speaking through this time frame. God wants us aligned with Him in covenant. He wants to understand that we are His bride and embrace it and have revelation of it in ways we haven’t had before.  He wants us to have what He has given to us. He wants us to take it and advance His work on the earth.  Each month on God's calendar we study the characteristics and a Hebrew tribe so that we can track with Him. The Tribe for this month is Rueben. And each tribe was named after Israel’s sons and Rueben was the first-born, Gen. 29:31 Reuben comes from the root word “to see”. We really need to make sure we guard our heart and our eyes.  What we watch, what we look at, “what are we focusing on?’  This one commentary I was reading said, “See only that which is good and modest (in the world in general and in our fellow man in particular).The ability to guard and focus one’s eyesight correctly is the rectified (correct, put right, refine or purify)“sense” of sight.  Focus on the GOOD!  The scripture for this month is Duet. 11:26  “Behold (see) I set before you today a blessing and a curse; the blessing is life and good; the curse would be death and evil.”  Duet. 30:15-19,  “See, therefore I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments, His statutes and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you possess. “But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear and are drawn away and worship other gods and serve them, I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess.  I call heaven and earth as a witness today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live.” Basically what this is saying, see good, see life, “train your eyes” rectified eyesight.  See good and choose it and you will not be miserable.For the children of Israel Tammuz is historically known for tragedy, say, ‘Not for me’. We are going to make each day of this a “Day of Destiny”. Have vision, new vision, and new eyes.  You might want to look at some things again.  You might have missed something; you may see some things you haven’t seen before.  Ask God to show you.
