Poor writing, editing and pacing
The opening of the first episode is poorly written, repeating the same points multiple times for no purpose that I can discern. Several minutes in a whole entire clip of the episode, about 30s or so just outright repeated, a blatantly obvious editing mistake. But worst of all—and this made it more or less unlistenable— the pacing is nonstop, no pauses, breaths, like the story is racing to the finish line. The subject matter and content is good, but the sheer pace it is conveyed at is absolutely exhausting to listen to.
