“I haven’t written a review before this because I’ve wanted to write a review that captures every little detail of the show and the hosts that I love.
This isn’t going to be the review I’ve dreamed of giving, but it will be something!
I love the questions Jeff asks and the way he organizes multi-layered conversations. Can’t get enough of that giggle either!
T.j. Really is an enneagram ninja! The depth of insight he turns out over and over again amazes me. It’s like if he thinks about it for a second, he can shed light on anything!
I was initially drawn to around the circle by their in depth dives into each number and I couldn’t believe how they conveyed the inner workings of 4s (my number!), and how spot on they were. They acknowledged often overlooked nuances and shades of the 4s.
I cannot get enough of the movie reviews they do. I’ve tried listening to other movie review podcasts and they’re good but I am always looking for the enneagram in movies and other podcasts are always missing the enneagram! So the around the circle movie deep dives are just the thing.
I look forward to Friday’s because that’s when they (usually) release their new show and when it doesn’t come out on Friday, I check my podcasts frequently until I see the new release.
This podcast is how I “watch” movies that I would never actually watch, and also informs what movies I actually should see. I watch black panther for a week after listening to the first 8 villain show!
Ok, maybe I’ve said too much and shown what an around the circle geek I am... but hopefully it points someone else to this gem of an enneagram podcast in a sea of enneagram podcasts!
P.s. I often say “Jeff said this” or “t.j. said that” and I think my husband has actually figured out who I’m talking about because he doesn’t ask “who is that?” anymore 😂
