Great understanding of social media
In your latest podcast about perception versus reality in social media you exemplified how easy it is for someone to get caught up in fabricated the truth. While social media is a useful tool for people to brand themselves, it is also a dangerous way for people to get away from reality. I agree with your point that people use social media sometimes to build up their insecurity. In fact, it is also dangerous that people often interpret one’s message way out of context. It is a platform where people often reference to in order to find ways to network and share ideas. At the same time we use it to cultivate certain ideas that are in our minds. Facts are often lost from reality in this context and people can be often misled. Sometimes people fabricate stories in order to draw attention to spark an idea and it can backfire quickly once reality surfaces. Just like in your story about the gentleman that was living outside his means. Overall I am excited about the possibilities that social media can bring to me in growing a business. Remaining humble for what I have and happy with my circle of peers will help me stay in a mindset of reality. Great podcast and I am looking for to listening to more.

As an entrepreneur , it is incredibly refreshing to hear relatable stories (like driving for Uber when starting the company), and genuine advice to grow a company with a foundation of honesty and integrity, than the usual go get it mentality at any cost.
