“I was very interested until the moronic comment during the Marat episode. She points out that the wealth gap today is greater than the wealth gap during the French Revolution while completely ignoring the fact that the poorest today in this country (US) enjoy a better standard of living and eat more calories than most 18th century French nobles while enjoyed all the rights for which the French were fighting. While intriguing at first if the material dialectic is her historic methodology I think I’ll pass and recommend others to do the same.”
