“I listened to the October 19 podcast (appx 1:20) interested to pick up just a few nuggets about how to make my mortgage business better by getting a system for how to get appointments with top Realtors. Instead I heard WHY I need top realtors, WHY I don’t have top realtors and eventually an infomercial pitch on why to spend $2,000 (eventually reduced to a low low price of $1,000 if you’re one of the first 10 to order… but that’s not all!!!). I’m totally serious. IF you listen to the episode I listened to just scan forward to about to 20 minutes remaining mark and you’ll hear that this is just a big sales pitch. Admittedly I haven’t listened to any other episodes of his podcasts, but after wasting this 1:20 of my life I likely won’t. If you choose to, consider yourself forewarned.”
