“Tayo’s “nomads podcasts” are a piece of the pie that we have been missing! People supporting TCKs or CCKs or Global Nomads, operate behind the scenes, but often make the difference, for a child or a family, between a good transition or one gone awry. They assess problems that run the gamut from academic issues, socialization issues, general transition issues, isolation, to family break ups.
I believe in the counselling connection and I believe in storytelling about your own life and situations to help you understand your life and then helps your child understand their family. When a global nomad connects up with Tayo, this provides them the interpersonal opportunity to rework the narrative, to tell the details of their story and to plan if they want to make any changes.
