I liked a quote about motivations for excercise: 'people spend so much time thinking about how they look, rather than how they feel' and how practising the natural motions that our body was designed for can give much greater health benefits than a one-dimensional 'biceps curls & pretty girls' approach.
A couple of years ago I went through the journey from beach weights to functional movements like yoga, body weight training and compound exercise a such as squats and it's great to hear how good it feels explained in such an understandable and inclusive way by Erwan.”
