So neccessary
As AAPI identity is gaining both clarity and complexity, I really appreciate hearing from other AAPI about their experiences and perspectives. It’s so interesting to hear what we share in our American experience while also learning about details, backgrounds, and stories that remind us all that AAPI are not a monolith. I look forward to hearing more from others. I find it pretty fascinating to hear about the hosts subjective experience woven into these interviews as well. Being a Taiwanese American, Frank Shiong’s experiential tidbits are especially of interest to me.
