Empowering!
To start I have always found dental information and medical information very interesting. I worked for a dentist for a few years and loved it ! however, the protocol was often fluoride rinses, cut out the sugar, use Listerine to prevent cavities. I even got into the habit of drinking diet soda to limit the risk of cavities to my teeth when drinking sodas. The turning point came when I was involved in a traumatic accident that broke several of my molars and I needed to have tooth repair, a crown done. I started to wonder especially when it seemed that my teeth were not any stronger using the fluoride protocol. I have been listening for about one year and have learned so much which has ultimately improved my whole family’s dental experience. we often would go for our cleanings and find multiple cavities on our children and even on ourselves but not really understood why. at first, we thought it was due to stress, poor eating habits and we worked hard to improve them but we would still go and find at least one cavity on at least one family member. we were given high fluoride toothpaste samples after every visit and still found that some family members had sensitivity to hot or cold. there was one episode talking about nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste and its benefits to replenish what is lacking in the tooth structure and smoothing out the finish. we started using it and since have not had any cavities or sensitivity in our teeth. Thank you so much!!!
