“I COMPLETELY LOVE THIS! I visited my friend Harry’s house for a few nights. He has a brother called George who is a complete night owl! Harry slept on the top bunk and I slept on the bottom. George had a little sleeping bag on the floor. I could NOT get to sleep! All he did was TALK! I’m also a very light sleeper keep that in mind. But Harry even had to get in his dads bed! Poor me😢 I had to listen to George chatter away and I thought “You know I’ve had ENOUGH!” So I went onto podcasts and downloaded this one… SUCCESS! I fell asleep within an hour! And… So did George! When I got back to England from London the next day, I tried the podcast again. This time, I fell asleep within an hour or 2 again! Which is amazing because like I said I’m a very light sleeper. To all my fellow light sleepers, please get this podcast! It’s amazing! 💖 You won’t feel tired the next time you go to school or work💖 Thanks!”

“I love all the natural water sounds. I think what makes this podcast good is the nature sounds. ASMR doesn’t have to b crinkling paper etc. Keep the natural sounds!”
