What an interesting night

At first I moved a lot trying to fo to sleep but the sound helped me focus on myself. It helped me realize that I needed to focus on my breathing and just from listening to the sound it helped put my mind at ease. From that, I quickly fell asleep and actually woke up early for once with putting my alarm on snooze.
