At first I moved a lot trying to fo to sleep but the sound helped me focus on myself. It helped me realize that I needed to focus on my breathing and just from listening to the sound it helped put my mind at ease. From that, I quickly fell asleep and actually woke up early for once with putting my alarm on snooze.

I am so thankful for this pod. It helps with insomnia and the attitude of the creators is so warm and caring. They ask for feedback to create what we might need. Who does that?
