Maria Pacheco and Alexandra Kissling speak about combatting machismo is Central American society and empowering Central American women with the tools they need to succeed economically and socially. They are two of the founders of Vital Voices Central America in Costa Rica and Guatemala and are 2019 John P. Mcnulty Prize Laureates.
