“If you have any interest in astronomy, you should take in the entire lecture, it would be well worth your while. Dr Kolb takes a "down to earth" approach to cosmology - scientists' attempt at figuring out what the universe is, what it is made of and how it got that way. Along the way, he uses visual accompaniment and a heaping dose of silly jokes to smooth out the occasionally rough parts. Far from appearing to be the usual "stuffy professor" type, Kolb looks more the part of a football fan, and talks to his audience on a far friendlier level than you might expect. Fun as well as informative.”
