Finally I feel heard!
Incredible podcast that I am nodding along and crying with relief as I listen. So many of my own experiences are here and the perspective and help is just what I need. The radical acceptance episode is just what I needed to hear and I keep reminding myself of it over and over. Thank you for helping me find a place of calm and giving me permission to do what needs to be done. The common-sense, research based approach makes me feel like finally I am working with evidence and compassion rather than a world of woo woo and shoulds.

This podcast is the first podcast that made me feel seen and understand. In addition to not feeling alone, it provides incredible information for how to navigate my PDA child. The length of them also makes it easy to share with family and loved ones. Love it!!!
