Really didn’t like some of the guests
I love the host, she is very genuine, but one of the guests make me stop listening. Specifically the man talking about inherited family trauma. His words were very unempathetic and shaming and some of his points were not science based. Idk maybe it’s just me but this is a genuinely interesting topic for me and one I have dealt with and his approach is borderline unprofessional. I’ve only listened to 3 episodes thus far and the others were good, but I can’t recommend this podcast based on this episode and how I know it will be triggering.
