Rawness in episode 214
Thank you for sharing this online coaching call. As a working Mama of two toddlers I could relate to a lot of what was shared by your guest. As a yoga teacher and peacebuilding consultant, I’m so aware of how important it is to be present and mindful and yet I too fall into Mama guilt and the prductivity trap - trying to figure out how to manage the domestic tasks, my work tasks, my own yoga practice and being a Mom. Thank you for your insights and reflections. Rina
