“I purchased a subscription on the website but apparently made a mistake (I still believe I did not make a mistake and the system changed what I was purchasing as an attempt to up sell me). The customer service rep basically told me I was an idiot and that a monkey could have selected the right thing. Any company that tolerated disrespect from their employees to customers is a sketchy one. Plus the guys on the podcast are trying to bait you into picking players who aren’t the best option. Do your own research.”
