In the fifth translated-to-English episode, I take you behind the scenes to explain why I take pains to be an early bird especially when it comes to going to catching flights. I also share the story of my longtime friend and composer Mamdouh and how he tells it in his own musical style in the "Letak Ma'ai" music album. I hope you will take the time to listen and enjoy.
Many thanks to my daughter Saffanah for doing a brilliant job translating long-winded sentences. You make the connection between two very different languages and still make the story quite relatable to other cultures while keeping its original spirit. I highly appreciate your patience and creativity.
