This podcast is fantastic for anyone in a sales management role. Oftentimes sales leaders lack mentors on the job because we are in a league of our own. Listening to those who’ve crushed their goals, fine tuned their teams and understand that sales teams have no “out” if they fail, is priceless. So much to absorb here; highly recommend.
