I want to like it...
As a new mom, I really want to like this podcast, especially since Liz, Jade and Carly do try to represent the “behind the scenes” on pregnancy, labor and being a mom. And I do find some of their stories and experiences relatable and funny. But it’s hard for me to like the podcast when I feel that they are giving advice that isn’t appropriate. For example, on a recent episode, Liz’s sister in law suggested that moms give their kids raw milk instead of whole milk, even though the AAP suggests that children include whole milk in their diet after 12 months of age, and strongly advises against giving children raw milk. I understand that not everyone agrees with the AAP’s guidelines, but maybe they should at least be mentioned in each episode when giving advice. I’m just nervous for all the new moms and future moms out there that rely on a podcast to tell them how to care for their babies, rather than doing the research themselves. I wish that Jade, Carly and Liz were a little bit more responsible and shared resources for moms, rather than just giving their own opinions without research to back it up.

I've loved all three since their bachelor days but this podcast is a truly refreshing take on motherhood and babies. I love how un-judgey it is and their facebook group is the same way!Read full review »
