“Thank you to Katie for helping me gain the confidence to start BLW with my 7 month old. I was advised to start purées with my baby at 4 months to help him gain weight (which in hindsight is ridiculous). My pediatrician advised against BLW because he said it was a “choking hazard,” so I started with purées. My baby liked it at times, but would scream other times. I d cider I couldn’t continue this way and thankfully found this podcast which has been a game changer! It has provided evidence based research and tips on HOW to successfully start and implement BLW easily. Katie makes the information easy to digest. I now feel so much safer feeding my baby and he eats right at the dinner table with us! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can’t wait to see what else you have in store for us.”
