This podcast helped me so much!!
This podcast has helped me through my entire BLW journey from 6mos to now almost 1! For my child, it took months to click, like Katie says until around 8.5mos till they actually start eating and mealtimes become more fulfilling. If it wasn’t for this podcast I would have been lost! Now we have a good eater who loves her meal times and eats almost anything we put on her plate! If you are starting BLW this is the place to go! We completed all Big 8 allergens, and #9 sesame, easily and safely thanks to the tips on the podcast. I feel great about the variety of exposures to different foods-almost to 100!-and that the future will hopefully be will a less picky eater and enjoyable mealtimes because of this great start. One thing I would like to see in the podcast, an episode on where to go from here. After you hit 100 foods and 12 mos... Some tips to continue building on intuitive eating, iron/importance of nutrient rich foods, continued variety of food exposures, how to advance to using fork and straw cups, considerations for various stages/ages (size/shapes as they age), etc. Thanks! -Lspud21

Love how they’re short and sweet episodes but packed with tangible tips and explanations. Easy for a quick car ride and also to share with other caregivers without having it be a huge ask!

This podcast has been incredibly helpful for my family (and friends) in getting going with baby led weaning. It’s easy for us to listen while washing dishes, folding laundry or commuting to work instead of reading a book. My partner is an auditory learner and I’m a visual learner, so the podcasts...Read full review »
