Must must must must must listen 🌸
Back from the borderline changed my whole life. It helped me understand so many things about myself and gave me a sense of community, helped me out of the feeling of loneliness. Since I’ve started listening, I’ve took on the habit of journaling every single day (which helps so so much with emotion regulation), I’ve kept going to therapy, I’ve started seeing a sex therapist, I quit (I’m in recovery) using sex, food and spending as a form of self harm, I use tarot as a form of guidance everyday and I started meditating on a daily basis. I’ve also reconnected to my artistic side which always was a big part of myself. The podcast also helped me healing my inner child, taking accountability for certain things in my life, gave me back my power after feeling like a victim for so long. My journey is far from over, but I feel like I’ve grown a lot in the past 3 months I’ve been listening, more than I have in 5 years of therapy. The combination of all these tools is what works for me on me recovery journey and I am just so grateful for those. Thank you Mollie for your amazing hard work, your soothing voice and your constant compassion towards others ❤️‍🩹
