Ep33 Integration
Hello, I found Ep33 extremely insightful and well structured. As someone who has struggled with the vulnerable and damaging parts of my Self, I found it invaluable to have the psychology of certain therapies broken down to be able to relate and then connect to a more constructive way of being. Thank you for marrying a very useful level of science, personal experience and therapeutic modalities. Your delivery is great. I look forward to listening more. Mark in Scotland.
