Couldn’t recommend more!
I am so happy I found this podcast! After my EUPD diagnosis I was left totally overwhelmed and clueless how to navigate my recovery. This podcast offered a safe space to come to terms with my diagnosis, hear from a similar person and learn more about EUPD/BPD. Mollie has created an amazing podcast about so many topics, where she is vulnerable about her own experience, shares what she has learnt but in a way that encourages your research and self-work. This podcast and the various topics it covers is insightful and gives me more fuel for my own introspection months on and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Listening to this podcast makes me feel hopeful. Just heard episode 47, and I’m excited to be along for the ride! Thank you so much for creating this!! Was headed into a real depressed mood so I took my dog out to sunbathe by the trees and decided to listen to your podcast. Saved me from a sad day!
