Couldn’t recommend more!
I am so happy I found this podcast! After my EUPD diagnosis I was left totally overwhelmed and clueless how to navigate my recovery. This podcast offered a safe space to come to terms with my diagnosis, hear from a similar person and learn more about EUPD/BPD. Mollie has created an amazing podcast about so many topics, where she is vulnerable about her own experience, shares what she has learnt but in a way that encourages your research and self-work. This podcast and the various topics it covers is insightful and gives me more fuel for my own introspection months on and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

I have been on my own journey of mental health recovery for many years, and just when I thought I’d gone deep enough… boom. Here’s Mollie with an...Read full review »
