Honestly this is the best thing to enter my life
I have recently discovered what BPD is and that I have been struggling with this for over 30 years, hearing Mollie say “you are not alone” had me bursting into tears the first time I heard it, but it was episode 16 on emptiness that caused me to stop what I was doing and write this review, hearing her honesty and her strength was awe inspiring. My reading list has grown exponentially since starting to listen, I haven’t yet been able to start therapy, but this podcast has helped me start my journey of recovery and I just want to say to Mollie thank you and give you a big hug ☺️

Not because I was sad, but because it made me realize that I’m so far from alone. I messaged the host on Instagram and she sent me the sweetest voice message back! You can...Read full review »
