“Mollies podcast articulates the struggles of someone with BPD brilliantly. Since my diagnosis (approximately 6 months ago) I’ve searched high and low for podcasts that I relate to. BPD manifests itself in 256 different ways and sometimes I feel like I can’t relate to a lot of the content. This podcast feels different, I listen to Mollie and it’s like hearing myself in so many ways. Whilst I acknowledge that not all our behaviours, thoughts and beliefs are fair to others, ourselves or even at times are true. Mollie delivers that message in a kind and compassionate way. She focuses on our ‘higher selfs’ and talks in a way that inspires and gives me hope - even at my darkest hours. She doesn’t focus solely on the negative aspects of BPD and isn’t interested in playing the blame game - something I really appreciate. To me, it seems she is focused on acknowledging the challenges and finding ways to recover in a realistic and holistic approach. To any other listens out there, I highly recommend this podcast series. I believe it can help you to feel seen, heard and understood. I think there is magic in relating to others on various levels and I’m really excited to have Mollie in my ear, while at times I laugh, cry and sigh (in a good way) my way through my own recovery journey. Listening to this series, shows me that I don’t have to continue hurt and suffer the way I have most of my life. I do find it ironic that I’m anxious to not invalidate anyone or their experiences in my review.”
