The increased use of artificial intelligence (AI) has greatly impacted the recruitment process. As of 2020, 1 in 10 organizations have integrated AI in their HR departments, with another 36% planning this integration over the next few years. Those numbers have certainly increased since the pandemic began. While AI usage would lessen the workload of HR professionals, 65% of HR professionals say they do not see AI in recruitment processes as a threat to their jobs either way.
