“The Backcountry Hunting Podcast is easily the best podcast out there with regard to big game hunting, gear and ballistics. There are other hunting podcasts that touch on these topics, but none in such useful detail and as comprehensive a format.
Also, I would strongly encourage folks to take Joseph up on his offer to field any questions one might have. I have reached out to Joseph many times via Instagram with various firearms and hunting related questions. Without fail in every case Joseph has generously shared detailed knowledge in response to my questions and has seemed happy to do so. Not only has that been very helpful, but it also makes me feel good knowing that someone I look up to is a real person and is approachable; makes for a great listening experience and an interactive learning conversation. What other podcast can you say that about?
