Brilliant well researched, well made podcast.
Absolutely hooked, great podcast. Social history is ABSOLUTELY relevant and essential to the Ripper history. Read a lot of social histories of the late 19th/early 20th centuries ( People of the Abyss-jack London, and London Labour and the London Poor- Henry Mayhew, to name a couple) and wondered why the victims and environs were always passed over or ‘fudged’. I’m now off to order book. Well done.
