“Previously read the book I live in the east end and would take myself to the ten bells, then wander the areas these women lived with very different eyes - was always interested in the Ripper stories - but didn’t like the fact that these women were no more than prostitutes with a pathologists report.
I felt relieved after reading the book - here were the women at last - when I finished I was moved to tears m.
And I too have moved from wanting to know who the Ripper is - to I really dont care.
Would be really interesting to hear from the victims family’s today and see if they have anything else they can add to their stories.
