not as epic as the giver (but similar somehow)
This was a pretty decent story. I especially enjoyed the ethic controversy involved in the writing of this book. The narrator is decent as far as they go, and sound quailty is good. I will have to agree with what others have said about this books take on science. It is a little bogus and adolescent. Could have been much more developed IMO. The 2nd chapter i must have re-listened to three or for times, as it was an extremely epic description of a not to distant future involving politics. All and all it was a good listen and i would recommend it to anyone who likes good twisted morals government vs the good guy type book. Though like i said the science part is a bit undeveloped and thus lacks some kind of fullness you usually get with sci fi books. And dont ask me how but i guess cuz this books deals with a government that lacks the morals but exceeds its level of control on the ethics of society as a whole, its in my mind some how similar to the giver in that respect... agree to disagree!
