Hypertrophy episode
I thought this was an excellent episode. For one, I’m currently in this situation. For another I’m a big believer that hypertrophy has to be combined with SBD training and heavy 1/3/5 reps, . As someone who is about to become a M3 lifter, not building that muscle while focusing on SBD has been detrimental, and I plan on going back to spending more time building muscle.
