Barbell Logic Review
Matt Reynolds is generally recognised as a world class authority in the field of Strength training and the use of Barbells. In most high street gyms and fitness centres free weights and barbells can be left representing the smallest part of the gym vs. treadmills, rowers and machines. Matt & co-host Scott Hambrick explain the life changing results that are brought about when a new focus is placed upon using barbells and free weights vs. what almost everyone else in the fitness space is telling you to do. Matt Reynolds is a former strong man competitor, power lifter and is a Starting Strength Staff Coach. He also appreciates a damn fine whiskey.
