Joseph Guzman graduated from Florida Memorial University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Minor in Aviation. He graduated with Cum Laude Honors and part of the National Honor Math Society Mu Alpha Theta. He has over 6 years’ experience as adviser, mentor, and talent recruiter. His coaching positions include work with the Kansas City Royals organization at their Dominican Academy giving instruction, as well as mentoring their recently signed Latin American prospects. He was also an assistant Cultural Development Coordinator with the Royals, teaching the young prospects English. Following the opportunity with the Royals, Joseph was an assistant coach for the Covington Lumberjacks of the Valley League where he helped them to a playoff appearance.
