“As of mid-2021, there are at least twenty different X-Men podcasts. Nearly all are reviews of the animated series (and mostly not good) so to find a comic-focused X cast was a bit tough. Happily and luckily for me, the Battle Boys exist. This show kind of bops around at random, but honestly that’s probably better than going sequentially. The rating system is fun if fairly irrelevant overall. I do think the list it produces is pretty cool. This show handles the themes of the X series well and stay funny and friendly as they go. I’m really happy it exists.”
