Olivia Culpo talks endometriosis journey and advocating for yourself
Listen now
Description
Olivia Culpo joins us today to discuss her endometriosis diagnosis and how through her advocacy work, she hopes she can shine a much needed light on this subject impacting so many women. Over the past few years, Olivia has decided to be open on social media about her experience with endometriosis. She’s documented the pain, the journey to get a diagnosis and the procedures she’s undergone to get to the place she’s in today. Gaining confidence and being educated around the subject, allows Olivia to be open about the subject and be a prominent voice in the advocacy work around those living with endometriosis.  Olivia tells us that being able to share her experience has not only been therapeutic for her but she does it with the goal of allowing others to see themselves in her story and hopefully feel better educated than she was so they aren’t waiting 10 years like Olivia did to get some answers on what was causing her so much pain.  Please join us on YouTube for our full conversation and many more on video!
