If you really do enjoy the substance of the conversation, which is often worthy, do yourself a favor when Natalie begins to talk and hit that 30 second jump button once or twice. By then, she might be finished rephrasing whatever a cohost just said, and have gotten like, um, like, you know whatever, like kind of 18 or 20 verbal pauses and repetitions out of the way, and actually be making her point.
