“Hello!
I cannot overstate how pivotal Nates’ teachings in this podcast have been for my life. The main game changer being finding your dream to give your healing a purpose. It’s the most powerful form of motivation out there, and makes the journey a lot more fun.
Secondly the way he explains the spirit/energy- body connection in such a palpable way has helped me really grasp how emotions effect physical health. For the first time in my life I understand why my stomach, something I’ve subconsciously hated for years, looks and feels the way it does (bloating, abdominal fat), and now I have the information to help change that from a place of love, care and consciousness.
Nate has such a way with words, through sharing his empowering story and information. I am grateful.
Some things I would love to hear him talk about even more in-depth would be organic food and the importance of avoiding preservatives and pesticides, non alcoholic fatty liver, and stress/trauma related abdominal fat and how to help reduce that.
I actually put off writing a review for months and months because I thought no words could do the podcast justice! But that’s perfectionism trying to hold me back haha, another thing that Nate teaches about.
