“Have been a fan of the Barefoot Contessa for years and cannot think of Ina without smiling!
Was intrigued about a non-visual cooking podcast but figured I’d at least smile for 45 minutes if nothing else.
Ina invites people she admires, but has never met, to come to her barn in the Hamptons and cook their favorite or go-to meal while she plays sou chef.
These podcasts are so relaxing and informative and actually are vicarious thrills. They are transcendental as the minutes pass fly by, as you get to know the celebrity and feel an authenticity from Ina and her amazing ability to put people at ease while they get to know each other, cook together and then eat the meal they’ve just created.
