Today's guest is a remarkable talent in the world of triathlon, with an incredible resilience, perseverance, and tenacity, from her early days in Hong Kong to Switzerland, to academic excellence at The Imperial College, London. Her journey is a wonderful collection of marvelous experiences. She's a latecomer to the sport, but she's rapidly ascended to the pinnacle of long distance triathlon, amassing impressive varieties of winds and podium finishes, including two podiums at the 70.3 Ironman World Championships, one in Nice, France in 2019, and again in Lahti, Finland last year. Her universal consistency is truly amazing, and in 2023 she finished 9th on the PTO World Rankings. I'm confident we're going to see her push into the top 5 in the very near future.
