Description
MasterPlan was born from the Jesus Youth Movement and is approved by the Holy See; their evolution, origin, and existence have been around the local Catholic parishes the members are all a part of. MasterPlan is formed along the thin line of a Music Ministry, a Choir, and a Rock Band and their signature sound is a derivative of the varied influences each member of the band brings. They largely focus on Christian Contemporary Music that uplifts the soul in genres of clean country acoustic Rock, Reggae, Gospel, and maybe even R&B and playable pop. MasterPlan, the Catholic Band based out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates released an English version of the theme song for World Youth Day 2013. The immensely talented group of professionals was featured on the world stage during the Youth Festival in Rio de Janiero as part of World Youth Day 2013. The band has played at numerous national and international events since its founding in 2009 while upholding its commitment to its mission of serving the Lord and engaging youth through contemporary music. The band members Bibin, Steo, and Nigel (male vocalists), Mini and Bhavna (female vocalists), Diago and Sherwell (guitar), Edwin (bass), George and Sony (synthesizers) and Neil (drums) hold regular day jobs and have growing families. These dedicated professionals find time in their busy schedules and daily obligations to develop the gifts that God has given them and use their gift of music to serve God.  From their journeys to performing in front of the Holy Father at World Youth Day, the humble band speaks about their experiences.
