Listen now
Description
Sharing the faith, sharing the truth and rocking out for the Lord, lead singer of the Catholic band, The Thirsting, Daniel Oberreuter speaks about the journey and songs that made him the Catholic artist he is today. Daniel was born into a religious family, but his faith didn't become deeply rooted until he started praying the Rosary daily; he was 16 years old when he made his first confession. He combined his passion for faith and love for music, dedicating his life to writing and performing powerful songs of faith with strong Catholic themes. Daniel stands out as one of the few Catholic artists fully committed to using music as a way of life. Building on his musical and artistic lifestyle, Daniel established one of the few touring Catholic rock bands in the United States called The Thirsting. Since 2006, the band has been active and growing under his leadership. With three full-length studio albums released, The Thirsting and Daniel Oberreuter continue to inspire and support Catholics on their spiritual journey. This influence is a result of Daniel's unwavering dedication to his own faith and spiritual discipline.
