Helpful, useful and funny
10/10 I don’t miss an episode. It’s been an appreciated resource to me in encouraging me to seek God’s best for me and guiding me to do what scripture says will go well for me. It has helped me develop an intelligent and scripturally-sound response to many of the tough topics that my friends (many of which are non believers) and I discuss. All believers aren’t gifted with the gift of exhortation but the authors of this podcast seem to be— I learn from them and often replay a single episode several times so I can figure out how to put these ideas into my own words for a future discussion. I’ve stolen countless analogies (trusting Jesus/ getting on swing one is my fave) that have been used on this podcast in conversations with people I love. I’m also married.. so I think it’s a good resource for young adults regardless of relationship status.
