So informative!
As someone who was raised to never look a cow in the eyes, I always lived in fear of beef. I would see it in the groceries stores and have to look away, as I did not know what part of the beef would be the equivalent of the eyes. I couldn’t drink milk, as then the cows could look inside me. My family would huddle around our chicken meals in the evenings and feel safe, but I always felt like something was missing. Now I know that it was beef that I was missing all along. Since listening to your podcast I have learned about the wonders of beef and dairy, and I have never felt more fulfilled. I now know that there is more to life, and I can’t wait to taste it all!
