“關法白那集討論到公平跟正義的差別，我覺得是有差的。
就像對談當中的舉例，以前是以眼還眼，別人砍你一隻手臂，法律就會讓對方也失去一隻手臂－－失去的一樣，我認為這是公平。而今失去了一隻手臂，對方則是加重傷害罪－－透過大家公認的彌補方式去補償失去的那隻手臂，我覺得這是正義。”
