“This podcast has had a profound reach in both tech, non-tech bubbles, and beyond. This expanding dialogue between the commons and our technologists is going to be a core ingredient in fixing our general ecosystem. Going forward, we are entering an exciting phase of the Anthropocene- where technology truly meets democracy, and serves it.
To top, Kevin Scott and the other guests so far have been great story tellers. From pixels to Pixar, they each bring with them a unique worldview and toolkit. And I think this just highlight how crucially important and relevant humans still are in the age-old equation of tech and life. The raw abundance of creative energy and dynamism from this podcast does not fail in making our most pessimistic technologist today smile in bliss and maybe a bit of naïveté. Plus, Scott’s journalism has been not just balanced and insightful, but also inspiring in so many ways.
As of today, I’m 19, my father 49 and my younger brother 16. And already I can not overstate how much wonder this podcast has had on me, and will have on the lives of many others. Imagine the impact Behind the Tech can have bidirectionally both on my father’s generation, and my child’s generations.
In hindsight, it is unbelievable to find ourselves in this position today.
Exponentially, technology has accelerated, and it is time for us to do the same.
Collectively, let’s reflect how far we’ve come and how much further we can go.
Breathe😌- let us be on the right side of history.
Thank you BHT, a note that increasing your episodes to twice a month can likewise accelerate this history by a factor of 2, which does wonders for your community of listeners going forward.
Best,
A listener”
